		<description>Thoroughly enjoyed reading your assessment of Urgency and Importance! Its really interesting and I did make a note of it so that I can test it out at the first possible instance... BTW, I too am in Retail domain for the past 6 years :-) now I know what your source of inspiration is! Its always Urgency that takes precedence in the retail world :-) some times it becomes as one of the core principles (at least in my organisation Urgency is one of the core values) :-) Good thought!</description>
