Zenith
The ache
to
reach the Acme
and
the clinging thereafter…
No,
Not for me.
I reach the zenith
when
I leave the zenith.
Tasting Silence
Slices of sunlight
scatter
on dust and grass
The flickering shadow
of a butterfly’s wings,
comes…goes…
And something happens
The poem
drops midway,
even the full-stop
ebbs away,
perchance,
changes into Light…
Ah!
the taste of Silence
is indeed silent.
Unwritten Poems
Intensity beats the air.
Hiroshimas explode silently.
And -
words crumble.
Atlantic emotions
flow freely.
Language throws clumsy nets –
catching nothing.
The ocean
sieves through.
Only drops linger on -
as poems.
