However there is no absolute truth or truism about either success or failure. What is listed as a DIY Kit is more a "Doing" set of exercises that should lead to a "Being" way of life. Success or Failure of a "formula" and God Help us there are many , would probably be on how relevant you have made that formula to your everyday life rather that use it as "someone's formula I would like to try". Invariably, there is usefulness in everything we do with a purpose and focus while bringing in the relevance to our own realities.
