Dear Pallavi,

I absolutely agree with what you have shared, this time of solitude that we need to spend for ourselves is something that has been spoken of by most of the religions. In Christianity we call this time as a time of "Personal Prayer", wherein one gets to be bridge the gap between themselves and their creator. And many people whom I know, who spend some time in personal prayer are just so relaxed and confident.

Easy said than done, it is an effort to take out time for our selves but the rewards of it are great :)

Good article Pallavi. Your quote "We live this life connected to the outside world and very often, we are disconnected from our own inner world." is really quotable.

Actually all of us need to spend at least 10 minutes a day in meditation or with eyes closed when awake to renew ourselves.

While there is nothing wrong in pursuing dreams, the illusion that they will be achieved without first forming them within needs to be dispelled. In this world where everyone needs to show that they are doing something all the time it takes a rare person who sees that action needs to be preceded by thought.
