As an entrepreneur, I can say that having to multi-task at the workplace creates so much stress when there is not a set method for coping. For instance, now I return emails at specific times and I have a checklist for dealing with tasks. I updated my database to send me reminders--only thing remaining is to make sure I've uploaded all my contacts and customers into my new database. BTW: Your #2 point about hiring someone else to do it if you can, are my favorite words! If it makes life easier, produces less stress, frees you up to make more money, and ends up being cost-effective, then why not right? Great post!
