		<description>Good article,Shalu.

You didn&#039;t say what is it in us that creates ? It is the soul.

If all souls are equally divine, as they are, why are some
people more creative than others ? Because, the soul creates
through the agency of the body and mind, and this body-mind complex is not in the same state in all.

Also, different people use their freedom of choice differently, and certain wrong choices muffle creative instincts, wasting energies.

Like there are multiple intelligences (ref Dr. Howard Gardener&#039;s book by that name), there are many kinds of creativities. All of these are native or in-born, but all can also be cultivated. This becomes clear if you realize that even those traits that we take for granted
as being in-born, were actually cultured in a past life and inherited (or &#039;downloaded&#039; again) in this life.

I know for sure that Yogic Pranayama can raise creativity. It improves soul-mind connectivity by removing pranic blockages between the two in the central nervous system.

The brain remains a processor, the right half predominantly processing the creative part while the left one busies itself with the linear, logical, analytical side of our thoughts and ideas. But the main interface (between soul as the ultimate source, and brain as the final processor) is the mind.

The bottom line : You can only be as creative as you let yourself
be ! It is a choice - alas, mostly made without enough Self-awareness.

Cheers,

		<description>Hi Shalu,

Great article and I agree 100%. I worked 15+ years with hardware and software development before the &quot;straitjacket invention&quot; of dozen of methodologies. I managed great development teams, we created wonderful things and I &quot;coached&quot; first class professionals developing their creativity and knowledge. I am not against project and process management or control, but there are limits to its&#039; use and when we cross the boundary we will affect creativity, and, nowadays, everything has a method to control, a KPI to observe, a standard to follow, but, at the end, with all methodologies to everything, what we are seeing, with the last global events, is that no one is controlling nothing.

Cheers,
